Flora and I went on a field trip to a pumpkin farm with her class yesterday. It was the second year in a row for us.
Last year it was cold; this year it was wet. It was fun, anyway.
The Big Slide was wet, and not so much fun this year.
She gives me fits sometimes, but I would never sell her.

Looks like a fun day. Flora looks like you so much. She totally has your eyes. I am loving the colors of both Flora’s rain coat and your umbrella!
Thanks, it was fun, even with a little rain! Flora does look a lot like me, although I never had those blue eyes. Those are all her daddy’s. I love the way the colors of my umbrella pop, too!
Thanks for the comment!
[…] I am ready for the onslaught of Halloween activities, although we are, sadly, without carved pumpkins. I don’t know if that’s going to happen this week. The girls will be decorating pumpkins tomorrow evening — permanent markers on small pumpkins that we picked at the Pumpkin Patch. […]
You may not feel great, but you sure look great…and remember, dahling, it is better to look good than to feel good, you know what I am saying? :0
Thanks, honey. Between me, my sister, my chiropractor, ibuprophen, and heat or cold therapy as needed, we’re going to get through this thing!
